August 21, 2025: REG will provide comprehensive equal employment opportunity consultancy services for the Town of Randolph Massachusetts to evaluate current recruitment and hiring practices as those practices relate to hiring a qualified and engaged workforce that is reflective of the Randolph community, and in compliance with federal anti-discrimination laws and recent Anti-DEI Executive Orders.
REG will administer our signature assessment to collect quantitative data and establish measurable benchmarks for the Town’s level of commitment to advance equal opportunity. Additional measures also include evaluating fair treatment, bias and discrimination experiences, as well as levels of belonging and inclusion disaggregated by demographic group.
In addition to the employment assessment, REG will conduct a best- practices gap and barrier analysis. This process includes identifying significant disparities or “inequities,” and evaluating the Town’s employment policies and practices to identify any barriers that may be unintentionally contributing to disparities detected.
The final component will ensure all employment policies and practices are in compliance with Trump’s Executive Order #14173 and equip the Town regarding what’s permissible and what’s not permissible for advancing equal opportunity within employment.
