June 4, 2024: REG will introduce our evidenced-based Racial Equity Mindset Framework as a data driven process to assist the City with achieving the desired deliverables. We do not offer the typical off-the-shelf diversity, equity and inclusion assessment. We have an evidenced-based framework, rooted in research, and goes beyond check the box equity statements. We make DEI standard operating procedure by developing data-driven strategies to measure, monitor and manage DEI.
