Racial Equity Group Awarded Contract from City of Salem Massachusetts to advise Police and Fire departments on Recruitment and Retention Strategies of Underrepresented Groups within Civil Service

June 7, 2024: REG will introduce our evidenced-based Racial Equity Mindset Framework as a data driven process to assist the City with achieving the desired deliverables. We do not offer the typical off-the-shelf diversity, equity and inclusion assessment. We have an evidenced-based framework, rooted in research, and goes beyond check the box equity statements. We make DEI standard operating procedure by developing data-driven strategies to measure, monitor and manage DEI.
